<p> Important! Most of the workarounds described here apply to Outlook 2016 version 16.0.6741.2017 and later users who were affected by the recently discovered Microsoft bug in October (version 1809, build 10827 with later versions). </p>
<p> We have identified a problem with the amount of caffeine that is usually generated in projections for 2016. If a person is hurt, they may experience any of the following symptoms: </p>
<ul>
<li> Outlook continues to ask for the password for the email address. </li>
<li> You received that your mailbox has been temporarily moved due to a Microsoft Exchange Server error. </li>
<li> You receive an error that the name does not match a tag in the address list. </li>
<li> Outlook urges you to enter the IDs of other mailboxes to which you only have full access. </li>
<li> Messages provided by your Outlook will be delivered to recipients as if they were sent from ***@outlook.com </li>
</ul>
<p> There are almost always several ways to solve problems. Try one of the options described See below and contact support to find out which event you really need. </p>
<h2 id="10"> The Only Option Is To Change The Registry Key In ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint </h2>
<p> Important! First, back up the registry and be careful when making changes to it, as any incorrect action can cause the operating system to crash. </p>
<ol>
<li> Open regedit by clicking the Start button, then on the Start menu in the Run box, or in the search box, type regedit and press Enter. </li>
<li> Save the registry. <br /> Note. You must skip this step. However, we recommend that you back up the registry before modifying the entries. </li>
<li> Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Office 16.0 Outlook AutoDiscover <br /> Note. If the Autodiscover key is ignored, you can create it by right-clicking the Outlook section, New, and then select Keys and Name. their autodiscover. </li>
<li> Add a new blog DWORD. </li>
<li> Enter the name ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint and get 1. <br /> Note. To automatically perform the preload steps and run the AutodiscoverFix.reg file. </li>
<li> RestartStart your computer. </li>
<li> Recover your Outlook profile. </li>
<li> Open Outlook</ol>
<h2 id="11"> Option 2: Manually Update / Add Mailbox Credentials In Credential & Manager, Recreate Autodiscover.xml File. </h2>
<ol>
<li> In Control Panel, select Credentials> Manager> Windows Credentials> Delete / Clear All Lists With User Mailbox Address. </li>
<li> Download the SaveCredentials.exe tool. </li>
<li> Run SaveCredentials.exe as administrator. </li>
<li> Enter your mailbox username and password if prompted for a password. </li>
<li> Then navigate to% LocalAppData% in> Microsoft> Outlook. </li>
<li> Find the archive ending in Autodiscover.xml. May <br /> Note. Find a file like this: f0a4256167a8597a89das6hf01c6bb1b – Autodiscover.xml </li>
<li> Delete or rename this file. </li>
<li> Restart Outlook. </li>
</ol>
<h2 id="12"> Optional: Use Domain Username Instead Of UPN As Part Of The Password Prompt </h2>

<p><h2 id="1">How do I find my Outlook password in the registry?</h2>
<p>Download and install Outlook Password Recovery Tools on your local computer. After inserting it, launch the program and fully click on the “Start recovery” button. The program starts looking for Outlook email accounts in your own Windows registry, but it decrypts your Outlook bookmarks and retrieves them immediately.</p>

<p> When prompted for a password, try entering your carrier’s domain username instead of your work mailbox email address and click OK. </p>

<h2 id="13"> Option 4: Revert To A Previous Office 2016 Setup </h2>
<p> To revert to a previous version of Outlook, go to this Microsoft content page and follow the steps there. </p>
<h2 id="14"> Option 5. Edit The Hosts File To Point To An Intermediate IP Address </h2>
<p> Important! Use this option only as a last resort if all of the above is helpful and your customers only use Intermedia Exchange in Outlook. </p>
<p> If, after all the above steps, the email auto-configuration results that are on the local computer are still successful on the Office 365 server, follow the instructions in the knowledge base, briefly under “How do I find and edit records in a HOSTS file”? “to select and open the hosts file on the infected computer. </p>
